Is it important to have scavenging/ archeology fully leveled up for it to yield the biggest amount of materials? I have been doing it just like in the video but didnt get nearly as many resouces. Or was this maybe patched/ nerfed?

Got ABOUT 110 million for an hour of effort. Which i must say, is perfect as I wait about that long to que up as a DPS in MM FP.
Harder to gauge in 7.0 because mats drop into the inventory, unless someone knows how to stop that?
I actually made more, my farming toon also has slicing. In that hour I collected 7 grade 11 missions which have RNG outcomes, but with lvl 50 companions they can yield good loots.

2 more runs since the first, 105-115 million is about right for my server. Ironically the mats for Bio sell for WAY more but are a bigger pain in the ass to farm. Onderon.

Hi! This is probably best video i've seen on this topic. Really simple to understand and commentary is great. Thank you for showing us this. Is this still "viable" in current patch? (7.0.2.)? I mean, is this still good way to make money?

Did you know that from 1914 to 1923 there was a hyper inflation going on in Germany that was so extreme, that people literally burned their money because it was cheaper than using coal to heat their houses? That is essentially what happens in SWTOR. In multiplayer gaming, the problem with printing money is even more difficult, because every quest that gets finished, every npc that gets looted, etc., brings more credits into the game that weren't there before, it essentially is newly printed money. So the game needs to have ways to get money deleted from the game, some examples are the repair costs, the GTM tax, and buying stuff in game that is bound and therefore essencially out of the game. And at the time, SWTORs Credit creating/destroing System is out of ballance, there are more credits generated than destroyed. So I think what the Game needs most at the time is a way to delete a ton of credits from the game. Bring up the Nightlife Event, raise the GTM tax to let’s say 20%, reduce the ammount of money that you get from quests and looting. Do this for a few months and prices will become normal again.

Thank you for this video and explaining it so well. It is really hard to find good content creators that wont just shove an ad or a sponsor down your throat. Going to try this out of sheer desperation, thanks. XD I just hope one can still get decent creds for it on the GTN. I've encountered methods before where people were able to sell things for millions, and literally within weeks, they would make tens of thousands of creds at best.

So I'm a little confused. I followed this route once and got the materials listed. Any further attempts to gather on this route left me with gathering 0 materials from the nodes, even after collecting every node on the route. I tried this on multiple characters and it doesn't give me any of these materials at all anymore from the nodes. Am I alone in this?

Is there like a mapped route of this for easier following than a video? If not no worries but wanted to ask just in case!
