ОтветитьI'm 45, just started training Taekwondo again after 27 years. I'm unbelievably non flexible. I'm gonna try this but I will give myself 6 month to do it, and I will be happy if I make it back to where I was when I was 17.

Hi Henry, i have a few questions. I workout at home doing squats, planks etc 2-3 times weekly. Im going to start doing these stretches tomorrow on my day off. When does the soreness of the legs start (like do you have an idea?) Once it starts how long did it last for you ?. Im hoping its not to the point, where i wont be able to continue my normal workouts. Thanks in advance 😊

ОтветитьYou don't have your split.😂 You have to master side and vertical split at the same time also. See what they do in Ballet, that's a split. This takes way longer. Might shock you but I needed 2 years.

ОтветитьYou don't really "learn" how to do those you simply stretch your tendons over time till you can do it. There's no learning curve whatsoever.
