Could you share the file of the vanilla cape? The path to the file where the vanilla cape is stored is C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bwe\LocalState\premium_cache\persona, and I'll find the folder where the vanilla cape is stored I ask for sure.

Im mobile and after i do all the stuff and press thr red cape button it keeps showing me the -1

it doesn't show the equip button. I does show me the -1 button but it sends me to the skin menu when I click on it

or you could simply re create the cape then attach it to any custom skin using a persona pack. that would be easier. Plus it would be less buggy.
