Ответитьpeople make fun on fat people, but no one ever considers that some people just have really bad genetics when it comes to being fat. My genetics are very good when it comes to weight, I eat a lot and I’m still in very good shape… I know other people who do a tone of dieting and exercise and they literally count the calories they consume, but still they are overweight. genetics play a HUGE part
ОтветитьAbout 15 years ago, I went from 305 Lbs to 195 lbs in about a years time by eating only once a day? It wasn't something that I purposely set out to do, I lost my drivers license because my history of heart problems and there was no where to buy anything to eat near my job!

Now they may have metabolism issues, genetics or have an addiction issue, hormones absolutely play into it.
Biggest reason they can't lose weight, being obese completely screws your body and the world does not fit you.
That running on a treadmill, nope - knees can't support the weight of the person.
Walking for any distance? Your hips are shot from supporting your 150+kg body for several years.
Want to use a weights bench? that bench doesn't support your body to enable you to lift.
You go to the gym, want to use a machine? You can't because you can't adjust it to fit you.
That's why obese people struggle to lose weight. Their bodies break under the extreme stress of carrying that weight. The tools normal folk use to lose that weight do not fit them and exercises designed for people with standard mobility do not enable obese people to do the same movements.
Oh and buying gym kit or having shoes that can support your feet properly becomes an issue.
If you have money, you can buy the uprated kit sure, but joe bloggs extreme obese dude trying to use normal gym kit is going to find it so much harder than everyone else.

ОтветитьAs an enormous fat guy, it is 100 percent that we eat more and we eat more of bad food particularly. I have been eating like crap for 7 months exercising a lot less and I gained all 100 lb back that I previously lost. Somebody's going to read this and s*** on me and I understand I'm just saying that we know what happened it isn't our bodies doing something different than everybody else's. Hopefully I get it back down now I just need to get a handle on my self control or im gonna die whichever comes first

We evolved primarily on high-fat diets over millions of years, which is why we store fatty acids as fat much more efficiently than glucose as fat, without the need for loads of insulin, which then leads to insulin resistance and chronically high insulin levels.
Carbs really didn't factor into our diets all that much until the agricultural revolution, and early societies that went carb-heavy, like ancient Egypt, were devastated by the same heart disease and other health problems that are destroying us.

Nearly every single overweight person I know, eats a lot more, not a little more.
From wrong choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as in they eat the wrong foods like pastries, overly processed meats with high fat and sugar, to meals that are higher in every aspect like portion, calories and lack of nutrients.
Using a simple example I see in work, 3 of us have a lunch with a reasonable carb like rice or potatoes, some veg and a lean protein, the 2 overweight lads have a chicken curry, with chips, rice, a coke and a chocolate bar.
Choice is making them fat, not metabolic issues.
dont listen to this guy he is saying all this bullshit cause he makin hella money. The only way to lose fat is to be in a caloric deficit so that means you need to burn more calories than u eat. For example, I would need to be in a 500 calorie deficit for 7 days in order to lose 1 pound of fat. If I burn 2500 calories, I can only eat 2000 calories, if I do that for 7 days straight, I will lose 1 pound of fat. Now if I wanted to lose 2 pounds of fat, I would need to be in a 1000 calorie deficit. So I burn 2500 calories but this time I only eat 1500 calories, I do that for 7 days and I lose 2 pounds of fat. Simple as that now you can create your deficit how ever you want. You can literally eat 3000 calories and burn 3500 calories and you can still lose weight. Calories In Calories Out.

Ответить❤ you can be so fat that you're literally taking 2000 or more calories a day just from your own storage fat add that in with combo meals and crap all of that you eat thinking I'll just have half an hour and half later because that's a diet to be on or whatever❤ I know I was 345 lb and I decided anorexia has to work and it did I lost 100 lbs between April and now of this year and still going strong you just have to have a calorie deficit and most people are eating so far out of whack that they can't handle real food and reasonable portions❤ the other thing is if you're eating enough food for three people literally and you start eating enough food for one person in a healthy way it doesn't feel like you're finally nourishing that one person for about 2 years during that 2 years it only feels like you're starving the other two no matter how good you eat and that's why it's so hard for people to carry on it really is a lifestyle change there is no magic diet that's going to get you to your goal weight and have you looking in the mirror naked like you want and then you go back to eating cheeseburgers 18 times a day supersized with more stuff and not gain your weight back it's not just that's a fantasy world it's not going to happen if you eat right you might be able to splurge on the holidays or something and always drop back off a few pounds you gained but other than that the reason why people are fat is because they eat enough food for more than one person and then they don't even go out and walk around the block

The reason why many Americans are fat because of the type of food they eat. Many will eat their entire day of calorie intake in one meal. Asians for instance seems to be thinner because their diet mostly comprised of low calorie dense food like fish, rice and vegetables and their portions are smaller.

ОтветитьWhile there are certain factors which play a role into each individual's ability to lose weight, most of what was discussed at the beginning of this video is BS. I have observed obese people and the fact of the matter is that they simply eat too much and their choices of foods is terrible. You can't eat junk food and drink high calorie soda all day and expect to lose weight. Not to mention fast food.

ОтветитьPeople don't realize that simply drinking enough water everyday will help you lose weight. Just drink 3 glasses of water in the morning, 2 glasses before eating a meal, 1 glass after eating. 3 glasses before going to bed. Just start off with that and an obese person will start to lose weight.
