I use calendar and time blocking too much that when It's even 1 min late,i freak out. I feel like everything is over.i feel like crying over frustration. Most of time when i talk with my boyfriend, i forget about time,and when i look at time i freakout. I try not to show I'm getting anxious and frustrated both. But i can't control. Good thing is, he understand and try to handle me. Now at this point I get anxious everytime i look at watch
