Swissborg now charges 2% at base tier for every swap, buy or sell. Hecking ridiculus, I have just left them after this change.
Not a big fan of exchange tokens either, they just create an incentive for us to pay them.

CoinBase has the worst customer service of any exchange and he locked many accounts for no reason. It certainly shouldn’t be at the top of the list, it’s the worst exchange by far. Kraken on the other hand is very good, CS, etc

In the recent past, you selected Binance as the best and also included Gemini.
How is going the Gemini issue with Genesis?
Gemini doesn’t have fees to withdraw and deposit through ACH in the US, it has a much better interface than Coinbase, and advanced trading is totally independent from the beginner interface, at Coinbase these interfaces are misleading, you can move easily from the advance ( less fee) to the dummy interface ( very high fees ).
Gemini also has lower fees to send your crypto to the ledger.
I think still a very good option for US residents.
