In my Prussia game I allied Russia, France, Sweden/Scandinavia, and Great Britian and despite them hating each other they can't really fight because I would be called in against them.

Unrealistic. In my game Russia EVERY time suffered from rebels. Russia helped me only one time: Against Austria in holy war. Another time he only in [I can't] mode. I raise you this: in my Spain game I was minding my own business, colonizing happily, then okay, check out what is going on in Europe: the unholy alliance of Prussia-Russia-Ottoman sweeping through Europe, PLC getting rekt, Austria is already in oblivion... and it is 1680. oh boy.
