What if this is the backstory for the Wolf of Saturn Six? He howls and is feral much like the grineer in this story, and Daughter mentions that he's suffered massive physical trauma such as chemical hypersaturation. That last part might sound like a coincidence and it relates more to him being an amalgam, until you realise that Alad V was the guy who turned him into one. Remember that Alad V knows about curing infestation since he was infested before the Tenno gave him a way to cure himself. The Wolf being infested might also explain his abnormal height and why he wears a pressurized suit.
