If I have tendinitis In forearm and biceps ( I have had for years due to overuse and probably some weights can I do these? Or wait until tendinitis goes away?

So am I correct to assume that by strengthening muscles I will also help build bones? My doctor says to use weights to build up my bones in my forearms (after a bone density test). thanks

LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! I can't express how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos. Although I have exercised pretty regularly in the last 45 years (I am soon to be 71,) you have shown a great number of exercises that I am now incorporating into my exercise routine. I have also shown many to my chiropractor and he has been very complimentary as well. I am really excited to see the exercises for the wrist and forearms - not a 'normal' focus that people pay attention to. I am excited to use them. Keep up the videos! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!! - From Tulsa, Oklahoma. (By the way, the bands are wonderful and not to be considered a 'lightweight' exercise. They can work you as hard as you want to work as you well know!)

I love that you guys make these. I want to give you a little bit of feedback because I think it would help your channel. If you made your videos shorter (ie, more compact/succinct) or maybe every couple of days instead of every day, I think you'd have more regular viewers. We like you, but most of us can't carve out this much time each day.
