Fantastic video Jeremy! Thank you!
ОтветитьSpot on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ответитьdo you that after 3 yrs from uploading this playlist still there is some ppl have benefit from it , thanks a lot for what you doing for us its something great your work, im not English neatf but i understand a lot from you mister jeremy
Ответитьhi can someone help me outt. im confused about the names of the switch ports in the video. does it mean that this switch has only gigabit ethernet ports? as all the port names start with g
ОтветитьWooooh, this what am looking for. He's just best teacher
Ответитьyou said every port by default is access port, its default vlan 1 which is the native vlan the one without any vlan, so when configuring vlan on ports with access mode also wont conflict if the that port is actually a device which is vlan aware and by access mode configured also it wont work coz the device is sending packets with vlan id on it and the access port ingress is set to accept only without vlan and adding vlan after it arrives? i dont remember were but i am sure i have read not to configure access mode on port only if that device is dumb which cant send packets with vlan id so the switch well add the vlan id tag ? i think my brain is over loaded or misconfigured lol
Ответитьinstead of 3 connections between router and switch just to seperate the 3 subnets, if vlan is available it could be done with one connection but assigning the 3 vlans on it (Trunk if am not wrong) to r1, also if you want to give access to one of sales end points access to enginering department u can add vlan10 ENG vlan to one of the end points of sales so it also can be also part of enginering vlan10, he can see enginering vlan 10 and sales vlan 30 but enginering vlan10 cant see vlan 30 sales coz its not added to enginering vlan end points, but my question if ie same broadcast frame on eng vlan10 is sent well it also go to that only endpoint in vlan30 which has vlan10 also ? hmmm
ОтветитьUseful
ОтветитьHey Jeremy, it’s a great job you doing at those videos. Will recommend to everyone willing to attempt CCNA exam but not only.
ОтветитьStill here after 15 days! Thank you for this course, I rarely stick this long when it comes to self paced learning!
ОтветитьHas anyone taken the CCNA gold bootcamp with Neil Anderson lately? And is it updated with the current CCNA curriculum?
ОтветитьIs it possible to set a firewall rule on a switch and define the only valid mac address for sending data should be the router mac addresses so when ever it gets a broadcast mac switch drops that?
ОтветитьThe best explanation about VLAN ever...😍
ОтветитьLove your videos ❤
I had a question regarding quiz question 5. The options mention values 3, 5, 8 and 10 but that is considering the fact the interfaces under g0 and one interface under g2 is not assigned to any other VLAN. Stating from the POV of the exam, shouldn't an option with value 7 exist? What I'm trying to ask is, we will be given the list of interfacs of the router first, right?
This guy is my guy
ОтветитьDoes it mean that R1 is a member of all the VLANs?
ОтветитьHi pls can you explain more. Initially you said that R1 cannot forward a broadcast frame, my question now is, how come later in the video, R1 was able to forward a broadcast frame even when they were on a different subnet? Thanks
ОтветитьYour lectures are too long.
ОтветитьMan these concepts are explained so well in your videos
Trying to get some certs after finishing an IT diploma in college and the things that didn't make much sense before are all clicking
i have been trying to study CCNA for the last 3 years but got lost midway. Your material is so easy to follow because of the practice labs, Quiz, Flashcards. Anyone trying to study CCNA really needs to look at this course.
ОтветитьDay 16 was awesome! Thank you Jeremy!
Ответитьthankyou so much
ОтветитьAnother fantastic video.
Thank you so much Jeremy!!
So we basically subnet first, then vlan it :) right ?
ОтветитьHI Sir,
In the quiz question 4
If PC3 sends a broadcast message , how many devices will receive it?
For this answer should be 2, because in the VLAN 20 there are 1 end host and router except the packet which comes from. So the answer should be 2. Is it right sir?...correct me if i am wrong please
The educational details and the way it is presented are wonderful. I appreciate you.🙏
ОтветитьEven I was studied this material many times, but no one explainin simple and understandable way like you, thank you from heart❤️❤️🌹🌹
ОтветитьI don't understand why you have to include the captions of what you say in every video, if we need the caption all we have to do is go to the browser setting >> Accessibility >> Live Caption
your captions are annoying and get in the way of us comprehending what you saying and what is going on, they cover your drawing, and most important when they do they break our concentration.
and since we can use the built-in captions please remove them.
I can't make the difference between Unknown Unicast Flooding frame and Broadcast frame ? I thought that it was the same thing ?
ОтветитьWhat model of the router is used in the example for 3 giga ethernet interfaces
ОтветитьThanks❤
ОтветитьLAN is not a single broadcast domain.
ОтветитьIs the collection domain is another name of broadcast domain? Thank you
ОтветитьCan we make vlans only instead of subnets or do we have to make both ?
ОтветитьOut of the entire series this is my favorite video. Really good stuff...as it turns out VLANS are kinda fun
ОтветитьGreat class sir, you're are maintaining the same potential from Day 1..!
I never get bored even in one class...so interesting and entertaining....
Although may be got bored in one class "Day 10 - Ipv4 header" that was some headache..😅
Every other classes are in another level ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
ur fuckin legend bro
ОтветитьThx Jeremy for the video
Ответитьthe default vlans 1, 1002, 1003, 1004 and 1005 are a major part of the exam and always show up in the real test.
ОтветитьThank you, your tutorials helped me a lot do my work
Ответитьmaster
Ответитьi really wish everyone who are interested in CCNA to watch this video. thank you Jeremy♥
ОтветитьMAJOR IMPORTANT POINT: VLANS SEPARATE END HOSTS AT LAYER 2.
despite operating at different broadcast domains. there's always going to be a question like this in the test: to relate VLAN with which OSI model layer
hey Jeremy, may i ask something? what is the name of the software to make the network topology design?
ОтветитьWhy are there three trunks from the switch to the router? Isn’t only one cable necessary
Ответить
