Sprained my wrist 2 weeks ago by hitting something really hard with my palm. I have full range of motion and can hold a lot of weight/grip a lot of weight. My problem is not being able to do any pushing exercises in the gym. I guess it's just a case of waiting it out? Right from the first day of the injury I never got any swelling or bruising at all.

I have sever weight loss , lost 1kg in 11 days , I have Hip pain when I sleep on side or sit(not in the groin) , sometimes sharp pain that comes and go 5 times in seconds and goes off completely, i also feel that kind of sharp pain in both of my knees , I feel uncomfortable in the knees when going up to stairs .
Crack sound in my elbow when I expand the hand , crack sound in my knee when I stand up from deep sitting ground(no chair) .

I feel alitle pain when I am sitting

I also have lower back pain ( ithink I get this from new mattress which I bought in 7 days ago )

I have knee & back problems so I put a lot of my weight on my wrists to brace myself getting in and out of bed and getting up and sitting down in the chair

What causes 3rd & 4th finger clicking and locking upon waking?? Stiffness in fingers. No problems of these In past & won’t get better! Would E-Stim used daily get rid of it?

I am a mechanic and have problems with my thumb cramping up regularly on both hands when tightening or loosening bolts and other fine movements using my thumbs, it cramps in the meaty part of my palm that controls the thumb movements, what can i do to stop this, i have tried having them massaged both by hand and machine but have never felt any lasting relief as the next time i use it, they just cramp up again quickly
