intro to git lfs (intermediate) anthony explains #196

Thank you so much! I was stuck with an lfs error on a local file:... type repo and git lfs uninstall took the hooks out and let me check into my local repo. I may hoave to reinstall it for other repos on github but that's a lot easier than trying to figure out how to set config settings to bypass file locking and such. this was after about a day of poking around various resources to fix my problem.
