Keep in mind, spreading your content to other platforms like discord, reddit, instagram, etc. will attract scammers and promoters, both equally annoying to deal with. You will get normal viewers too, but you have be able to deal with the persistent, almost relentless former group trying to do/say anything to get your cash, either by pitching a coach or SEO or whatever lmao.
They will also SUBSCRIBE to your channel and once you deny their request and tell them you don't want/need their SEO services, or whatever they trying to sell, they will go and UNSUBSCRIBE.
Which will really have you asking: "how am I losing subs, when I barely have any to begin with?" It is very demoralizing and can they can get pretty hostile/rude in general.
It's not something that is too big a deal, if you can tell em to sod off, without letting their words and tactics impact your mood.

Getting subs is easy I gained 3300 of mine from one video
I deleted the video and kept the subs

Oh no my Channel is RANDOM which is always said to be a no no on YT advice but I don't want to be locked into one boring topic. I did like the advice on how to get folks to click links to other videos you have done.

These videos are such waste of time, we all know this, it's just the matter of how, for example, the best thing is to find something that's on high demand but not alot of people are doing it, how? Can you do it? No one can and actually, don't? You will end up with something you don't like or even worse, something you don't know about and then your channel stuck with that niche that you don't care or don't like

I'm lucky and unlucky. I can do any topic on my channel and that is also the problem.

This is good advice. Creativity and originality is the way to go. He is correct about promotion but you should only do it when you are ready. Thumbnails, descriptions, well edited content, etc. As for relevance, that can be difficult unless it is niche like retro or something of that sort. If you are playing something that was released 5 years ago, it's going to be difficult. Factor in how there are lower attention spans and things are expected at release and that is another challenge on its own. Yet exposure is indeed its own problem and that is where promotion can help. Fiverr seems to be a good source if you can find someone on there that will help you reach that audience.

What about us that started with 1-2k on first 20-30 shorts, and then all of a sudden getting 0 views in the next 30 shorts? My avg watch time is more than 80% which is good (Hope so) . I don't have any copyright strike, just my shorts stopped showing to everyone including my subs. I'm literally doing the same as my competition. Am I shadow banned, any solution? Thank you.

For my day job I’m in mortgage lending- I’ve talked with quite a few realtors that think they can’t share their YT videos anywhere, otherwise they’ll mess up the algorithm.
I appreciate how he said to find communities that will be interested in the video, and let them know about the new channel/ share the video.
This is what I did with my channel, and I’ve seen success from that.
