This is a disaster in the making. How do we collaborate if there are so many versions floating around?

I've got Office 365 Pro Plus. I chose that a couple years ago because I believed that it meant that I'd always have the latest and greatest. So, with Office 365 Pro Plus - does that mean that I'll automatically get Excel 2016 AND these new features? I haven't seen Excel 2016 yet.
