Yeah, salt effects the kidneys causing blood pressure to increase; i.e. water is retained in the circulation system and the noise goes up. This mechanism is to retain water in the body when you're in a hot dry climate, like a desert. The kidneys close off some or completely when the salt level of the blood rises to some limit. Thus keeping you alive longer. Every live in a desert ? Without water the body dies in two or three days. The body does NOT piss in a hot dry desert, except maybe at night. The water evaporates off the skin very fast to keep the body temperature normal, so there is no pissing.

Howdy! I've had tinnitus since June 2021, and wanted to share my experiences. And thank you Art of Zen for making this! I'll use this sound overtime in the affected ear to see if it does something.

I had an ear infection summer 2021 and then I noticed the ringing sound in my right ear. Ocean sounds, whoosing, high pitched sounds, heart beat pumping and hearing loss. At this point I've learned to live with it. I sort of see it as a family member living rent free in my right ear (ay I have a sense of humor).

I've been watching videos to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing (because no one in my life has it or understands the hearing loss that comes with it. I've come across a lot of judgemental people.) I do suspect that watching people in my life pass away during my school years, people not being so nice, and people doing cruel things just to see me react may have an indirect connection, but I can't prove it.

My tinnitus might be from my body taking on too much in life. I was and still am considered the strong one, none of my friends checked in on me. You won't see me going whoa it's me, playing victim or bringing attention to myself. But I do think my tinnitus is connected to not getting the proper support that I've could have used at different points in my life. (Off record I'm not looking or begging for support from the people in my life anymore. I just watch these videos to try and help myself.)

I just got ringing crickets in my ears and did not sleep last night. Then found this it is truly a blessing cause was trying everything. Its rare if ever for ringing in ears for me. Thank you very much. Now i need some new headphones!!!❤

2 years ago with covid came ringing in ear. Never heard about tinnitus. For 2 months was waiting for an appointment with ERN doctor which was the worst appointment in my life. Nothing can be done. It’s for the rest of your life. On my own I did a lot of research. Thanks God for internet! Just came across Art of Zen. It’s working! Ringing came down significantly! It’s so low that hardly can notice. When I’m busy don’t pay attention to low volume of ringing. This is amazing! I strongly recommend to listen for couple hours a day. It helps! It’s working! Thank you HEAPS for this (did you create this?), I listened to absolute tons of these so called "cure for tinnitus" videos and they only aggravate it (especially after it worsened this year) but this one is the only one that makes me feel calm and actually reduces my tinnitus for a while (especially the high tone screeching part). All the other ones also need to be set to a high volume to make a difference as well. whilst this one I have playing on a very low sound and it makes a big difference still! Wonderful!

Its not a cure. Why does everyone keep calling this a cure?? Its a distraction from the ringing in your ears. That's all, not a cure.

There is no cure .I've tried I don't know how many different things that said it would cure tendinitis and I still have it.

Sometimes I feel pressure in my ears with the tinnitus. Does anyone know what this means. Started about a week ago.

Hello all. I am a 37 year old male. My tinnitus started about a week ago. During this time I felt like I had a cold, but I also work in bars a lot and am exposed to loud music. Seems strange though, never hate a problem with loud music before. I have trouble sleeping at night sometimes. Seems my tinnitus is worst in some rooms and better in other rooms. So far listening to this is the only thing that seems to work. Does anyone know how this works, can this cure tinnitus?

That's nice! it's a good white noise/masking sound for tinnitus relief, sleep helper and focus! River, waterfall and rain sounds are also good against tinnitus...

Hello sir i'm from india Daily how long should it be listened ???

Been having tinitus for a week, but feels like this, while is neat, makes me more anxious as It makes me think about my Tinitus.

I only hear mine when it's very quiet, so I'll probably stick to pure nature sounds or sounds out of my window for now. It may be the case that my tinitus is a side effect of health problem, so I'm hoping it will go away as i'm being treated.

Definitely relief my noise but disappointed that I have to use this long-term. Tinnitus has made me being in another world, isolated. This sounds brings me to this world. Hope there would be cricket sounds mix in addition to water sounds. Bcz, sometimes my noise becomes different to suit more crickets but can't away from wind charms.

I am unable to believe this actually WORKED... this sound actually stopped the ringing from my right ear. Its been too many months or may be a year i was having constant tinnitus in one ear and i lost hope it is ever going to stop.
