Band Various Automatically-Measured Stacks of Graphics w/ Single or Multiple Banding

This Automated Ultra-Sonic Banding System is perfect for the bundling of stacks of printed graphics of various sizes. The ATS US 2000 CSW-DMS (Corner slide banding with separator system) is equipped with a Digital Measuring System that measures mixed sizes of stacks in various lengths. With the ATS US 2000 CSW-DMS, stacks are measured automatically and banded once or multiple times per stack, which allows you to apply one band to smaller products and multiple bands to longer products without changing any settings. The bands are perfectly placed on the stack, making it a versatile solution in high production environments. The advanced Ultra-Sonic sealing process (unique to ATS banding machines) delivers a very strong and reliable "cold weld" seal. No warm-up time at startup affords maximum performance in demanding situations.
