day 1: i did it without any breaks also i did your warm up routine before the exercise
day 2: my body is in pain specially in my butt area
day 3: pain is there too but it is decreasing and i don't have time so i didn't do this exercise today but i did your warm up routine for 6 minute
THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I WAS ABLE TO CPOMPLETE WITHOUT FEELING LIKT I WAA DYING!!

Day 1 was like......whyyyyy
Day 2 was...ok I think I can do these
Day 3 this video was good but a burner and still struggling with 2-week shred exercises. BUT I am not giving up.

ОтветитьSometimes i feel guilty for my rest days so i figured whenever i feel guilty i will do this exercise. It is effective but not too harsh to turn my rest days into regular days, love it.

ОтветитьDay 1: i only got to abt 13 mins and i think i toresomething in my thigh, it hurts really bad and I can’t continue the workout but i didnt take any breaks other than stumbling bc of my balance

I'm on my 11th day of the 25 day slim thigh challenge and things are starting to get easier for me. I started without measuring but I can see the inspection on my legs. I just couldn't see much thinning on my waist, but I think it's because I have my period. While doing this, I also try to eat healthy and I feel better. I will update it on my last day. WE CAN DO THIS, GIRLS, BUT ONLY FOR OURSELVES!

ОтветитьI did Chloe's workouts before but fell out for a while when my job took over my life (literally couldn't do anything or make plans bc my phone was always going off for work). Finally got to a point where I could work out again and holy crap am I out of shape! Used to be able to do this whole video with minimal breaks, now I had to stop 3 times just to catch my breath and relax my stiff back. Chloe Ting, I love your workouts, but goodness gracious they're kicking my butt this time.

ОтветитьI weighed myself and im 49kg rn (goal is maybe around 45kg within a....month?) I'm gonna try my best to do the 2 week ab challenge too along with this workout, plan is to do the ab workout first and then this one. I'm gonna check my overall progress again on the 20th of june, ANYWAYS FIGHTTTINGGG!!
day one: done
day two: done + I also did the 2 week ab workout
day three: done: I did the ab workout in the morning, and then at night, I did the ab workout again and this workout too
day four: (skipped) my whole body felt wayy too sore I couldnt move an inch when I tried doing it today 😭
day five: done, I only did this workout today (i skipped the ab workout), my muscles r still sore but I rlly didnt wanna skip today coz itll make me guilty
