The Album cover shows the twin towers of Century City. The whole album represents the chill vibes of this city which is unique on its own.
ОтветитьGreat piece of music and vocals.
Ответитьone of the best bandas ever....and what a song my God
ОтветитьOne of the greatest, if not the greatest, spiritually prog oriented (YES) songs ever written and composed by these musically creative geniuses. Brilliant arrangement and composition by their best lineup: Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe, Alan White, and the extraordinary Rick Wakeman. Accompanied in Symphonic sound. Amazingly intense song!🙏🪷👍✨️🌌🌠🫴💫♥️🫠💛🪽🕊
ОтветитьYes ist meine Lieblingsband. Ich liebe die Stimme von John Anderson!! Die Musik ist Balsam für meine Seele!!
ОтветитьConsummate musicianship!
ОтветитьJon Anderson- The voice of Angels
ОтветитьWhat I love about many Yes performances is after 7 minutes you think , wow that was genius! Then it continues and gets progressively better for 15 more minutes. Really the absolute Mozart perfectionists of rock music, and I mean it. i wish I had seen them live.
ОтветитьI think this line up was the best
ОтветитьEverything manifest in the universe is vibration. Amazing
Ответитьawesome version thank you for sharing it
ОтветитьHeart Vibrations go out ❤💫
Ответить😮of the best of our part of the gworld....
ОтветитьRick Wakeman is a legend
ОтветитьRick wakeman is a legend
ОтветитьI've been listening to the Yes music since 1973.50 years and I still love the music. They worship God Day and night.its excellent!
ОтветитьWhat can I say. This piece of theirs is the most glorious orchestral piece of progressive rock I've ever heard. Profound, touching, unique, and perfect. Long Live YES!
ОтветитьChristmas eve 2023, an almost full moon to the east, and the Sun is setting, "like the time I ran away turned around and you were standing close to me" love has no boundaries. So beautiful so beautiful! Many thanks always and in all ways!
ОтветитьGotta love Rick Wakeman. Looks like this was his final year with Yes.
ОтветитьLos angeles escuchan Yes!
ОтветитьJ’adore toute mon adolescence
ОтветитьStill remember purchasing this album when if first came out in Charlotte Amalie, St.Thomas, and the "Twin Towers" as a 17 year old. I will ever associate this song, and the album, with Tolkien. Thank you very much for posting the Video!
ОтветитьThis isn’t a song … it’s an experience
ОтветитьThis is unfortunately a pretty flat and uninspiring live version of this piece, though possibly it's limited by shortcomings in the recording. The studio version is hard to top. For a live version with symphony, Jon Anderson's 2013 concert with Todmobile is pretty special.
ОтветитьSaludos. 🇸🇻🇸🇻🇸🇻🇸🇻💯🌍🎄🎇🕣📀
ОтветитьSo beautiful. I listened to Yes with a wonderful freind and lover and I love them as much now that I am 70 years old. They have a spirit!
ОтветитьJon Anderson could sing the phone book & make it sound like he's delivering the word of God.Amen
ОтветитьI get goosebumps every single time I listen to this song.... The last six and a half minutes is mine numbing. The way the song slowly builds, crescendos to what I call a wall of sound after each of the small breaks . If you have a very nice system to listen to this song on, you might get a little bit of how powerful the end of this song is. But you never will really be able to appreciate it until you see YES play Awaken live..... I have seen virtually all the major rock groups live and there are many many Great moments in each of the shows. But.....IMHO there's not another band that can touch YES when it comes to that wall of sound as I spoke of. They are magnificent
Ответитьcan you hear it ? it`s sooo wonderful !!
Ответитьune de leurs meilleures compositions mais il y en a tellement un de mes morceaux favoris
ОтветитьChris and that massive bass... amazing!
Jon and Chris always had such an amazing harmony when singing together.
Love it!
Роки не власні над цією музикою, настільки вона насичена інтелектом, інтелектом майбутнього.
ОтветитьI love the way it breaks my brain in so many ways, i hope this music last forever"
ОтветитьNever to late to get starting on the journey of magical music
ОтветитьUnfortunate bad mixing and sound! I swear Yes concerts were legendary and immersed you totally! But if nothing else this reminds us of these incredible musicians….
ОтветитьThanks .😂 that may be true as I reach 80 in a few months
ОтветитьLiving a days drive from the closest city in Queensland Australia back in the 70's we never got to see a band of this level but we certainly had the albums , the home grown and the cosmos.
Ответитьthat's an incredible voice to sound that good after 50 years!!!!!!! they all sound good!!!!!
ОтветитьWakeman ❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьI have listened to Yes since the 70s … they’re timeless. One of the best bands ever …
Ответитьи это такие дураки, которые думали что могли изменить что-то в душе каждого дурака) в моей смогли)
Ответить- Yes ! - when they were unified/ a 'union' & "together" in greatness;
- Now, with the passing of Chris & Alan, AND certainly without Jon, today's 'Yes' IS JUST a WHOLE LOT of NOTHING - Sorry Steve, you're no leader nor frontman - One 'name' DOES NOT = legendary band (I'd rather watch Jon with "Band Geeks")
😊😊😊
Ответитьmy God, im crying about every moment of this masterpiece) this is divine!
ОтветитьThe best album ever
Ответить"Masterful" isn't even a good enough a word to describe this performance. It reminds us of what kind of art humans are capable of creating, gives us hope...
ОтветитьAndersen sounds as smooth as he ever did. Amazing for someone of that age.
ОтветитьEpic live performance of Awaken! Mesmerising to watch and listen to. A masterpiece.
