Formula. 4 Spray Wax works great
ОтветитьI hear ya but Superior Products Fomula 4 is the best water bead spay wax I have ever used and it really does make a difference ... Just my two cents.
ОтветитьHey Josh what pressure gun is that?
ОтветитьDamn that huge towel was great. Hardest part is always frying. You made it look easy.
Ответитьis hydrophobic are part of lgbtqtrys++y ??
ОтветитьDo you prefer to detail with technicians choice after you dry or to wash, soap, rinse, detail spray, rinse, dry, quick final wipe with detail spray?
I feel like doing it at the end would do help save the product and apply heavier
Hey Josh, great detail , good info
ОтветитьWhen I think wanting to have a spot free wash that means I don't have to drive the car. Your technique was good as my father taught if that way.
ОтветитьHi Josh! I just bought a TDS Meter to test my water and it averages around 700ppm which is terrible. In a case like mine, a DI system would not be very economical since I would have to change resin very frequently. Do you have any alternate solutions for someone like myself with super high PPM? I know I could do rinseless, but I enjoy using the pressure washer and stuff. Thanks!
ОтветитьThat dry towel vs a leaf blower?
ОтветитьExcellent. Thanks.
I've been using the On The Go System for 5 years now. It's perfect. I'm on my original set of resins.
Can you use a leaf blower first and then towel?
Ответить@IMJOSHV What edgeless microfiber are you using for the contact wash?
Is there an ideal gsm for microfiber to use in this application?
Nice video, some helpful tips, thanks, Josh. Side note I have the identical Toro blower. Seems to work well.
ОтветитьNice looking Kia
ОтветитьPressure washer 1100 psi and leaf blower 175 Mph ?
ОтветитьWhat gsm for the towels you used for washing?
ОтветитьWhat soap do you use to get those suds?
ОтветитьMy municipal water is very hard with lots of minerals. So this video “hits the spot” and helps provide the necessary details to help deal with very hard water. Great suggestions. I’ve been using a blower to dry my vehicle and it helps. Spotting has been an issue in the past but since I got a pressure washer and foam cannon my wash process is faster and the spotting is much less of an issue.
In Josh We Trust 😉
I just use Griots rinsesless wash. It prevents waterspots 100% without having to hurry at all.
ОтветитьHey mate,
I am novice at this , wouldn't it be good idea to use the blower to remove the bulk of water before the towel dry?
for starters.... outta tha SUN
ОтветитьDid you just go to wash after foaming, without rinsing??
ОтветитьCurious why it seems like the detailing community doesn't show any love to the absorber, or similar synthetic chamois? I keep one in each of my vehicles and always use it to dry my cars off. It's also great to have in the car incase of any kind of spill in the car.
ОтветитьWhy not use the blower before large towel in this system?
ОтветитьI tell you how I do it get yourself a 5 bucket get a bunch of microfiber washcloths fill that bucket loosely to the top Philip bucket up with one gallon of water just enough to soak up the water no soap required just wipe the dirt completely off repeat with one rag until it's completely dirty do that at least three times I would recommend using distilled water by the fourth time of wiping it you should get no dirt left on your rag then after that you take a damp buffer and get any remaining dirt off
ОтветитьAmazing like always 😊 Thanks for the great info
ОтветитьGreat video, how much time should this take on average?
ОтветитьI'm gonna wash my car at night, idc what my neighbors think. F that, this is too stressful for me.
ОтветитьA simple trick I use is I have bottle water fountain size aka costco bottle of deionized water and use the Ryobi battery power 600 psi unit to rinse it off
ОтветитьShould you prewash with tinseless wash them foam
ОтветитьWow this is like exactly how ive been washing my cars just got to upgrade to pressure washer and i like the bucket full of rages idea thats cool but ya make sure you go back rins to keep panels cool and wet is key and i like your drying techniques with the ceramic and blower
Ответитьspots free without having to dry it with the towel is the goal. Drying it with towel, there will not be any spots right? nonsense video
ОтветитьMy water is 726 ppm never seen it so bad.
ОтветитьDo you include drying the windows with the ceramic detail spray? That’s my problem area right now.
ОтветитьWhat’s the best electric pressure washer in your opinion?
ОтветитьOnce rain hits the paint, you're done for anyhow.
ОтветитьDude you are the most real auto detailing U tuber I've watched Ever good info fast clear speaking, your not into how to make more money faster your into how to do a good job and give the customer their money's worth, THANK YOU 👍💯 MAD RESPECT FROM EAST LONG BEACH ✌️
ОтветитьHey Josh … you and your site are awesome…thx for the info
ОтветитьYo, real talk, how do you use DI water in a cost effective manner? That's the real question. When even expensive units only bring it down to $1 a gallon, what's your secret?
ОтветитьCan I use it when car is still wet as a drying agent and will it prevent water spots if use as drying agent ?
ОтветитьIs there a max temperature for washing a car (assume no shade)? Gets over 100 regularly in the summer where I live.
Ответить3,000th Like 😊👌🏼
ОтветитьHey Josh, I am fairly new to your channel and really like it. I noticed in this video and some others that you start the contact wash with the foam on the vehicle. I thought the foam had to be washed off to remove the encapsulated dirt then go to the contact wash. Can you go tell me how that process works for you? If you have a video on it I am happy to check it out.
ОтветитьWhat dilution rate do you use for the drying aid? Thanks!
ОтветитьI use the exact same electric blower to dry my full size truck (pain in the to detail) A trick I learned was to hold the blower upside down, and use the same force of the blower to actually hold it up. You may have to tweek where on the handle you hold it, but when you get it right almost seems like the blower is floating and you control the position by just moving your arm. It’s saved me from having to carry the whole weight of the blower. Works wonders when drying the roof of the truck, I literally hold the blower over my head. Great videos 👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьWhat if you don't have a foam cannon, just a bucket?
Ответитьwhat product are you using to clean the wheels?
Ответить
