Since you are a global company, why don't you get a standard American accent for the video, Indian accent is really unintelligible.

There are separate invoice count limits on Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books. Once integrated, how are these limit counted is something I couldn't get an answer from Zoho Support of either Books or Inventory. Perhaps you an help, Sofers?

Can the item name pop up if I put Serial Number in the item box while creating an invoice?

We manufacture & distribute to numerous retail shops our products; many shops we only sell on consignment, some shops we supply at wholesale & we also have our own retail shops. When I transfer stock to multiple shops for consignment, we send multiple times a month but these shops only pay for the sales incurred during this period. We need to track inventory sent to them as well as the sales according to their monthly sales reports.
Can ZOHO accommodate our needs?

Hello zoho team ,I meet a very big probelm that i can not open my zoho inventory for the whole company . the status is ,i can open it anywhere out of office(same internet company ) and also can open the zoho inventroy by 4G data . but our office can not work as we can not open it in the office even we arleady tried the other place with same interest company here in the philippines . we already tried to contact with ur technology team for more than one week ,but no any techology give us support and we still can not work until now . is there anyone can give us a help to solve this issue ? thanks !

now i am sure that the Zoho inventory team never worked at the warehouse and never used batch numbers in real operation. i will give you a free consultation as your inventory sense make zero sense. lol thank you for adding the feature but I am sorry to tell you that you are missing important knowledge about warehouse operation. we waited 3 months for the feature to add batches into the package but it doesn't show in the invoice item line. Customers must get a document from us to show the batch numbers we shipped to them.  it's mandatory for food companies to send the customer the batch number for each item. i think your inventory team never worked at the warehouse and don't have the knowledge of batch tracking and quality control. we can help you do it better so it will make sense. now it's making zero sense. 
what you developed is wrong behavior and we are willing to give you a free consultation to make Zoho better. 
the batch number needs to show on the item line and also pass to the final invoice including the shipment information so it can be shared with the customer. account payable needs 1 final invoice in order to approve and pay the invoice on time.

Very complicated and you cannot import bulk items to the inventory.

Nice sistem but, we do 95% of Dropship and its little bit confus all the proces. I really hope you add the shippong traking like Aftership in this option too.

1. No unit of measures calculation.
2. Adding batch numbers on bill is wrong.
3. Can't receive payment fr sales order.
4. No product labels.
5. Batch number doesn't show on packing slip.

Good system but they don't understand how logistic should work.
