A real guide explains how the game works first to clear up any questions and to reference links to prove what can be achieved.

A noob tutorial and guide on how to level *correctly would be more helpful to develop skills for our newer players.

My personal opinion of the video creator is to actually study and research the game before posting a video that's supposed to be of help when it's not.

Level 43 and getting nearly 20% exp from a single bigfoot? You don't need a guide for this, apparently you can get to 99 in ten minutes with rates like this. You should be getting somewhere around 0.13% for a kill like that at that level.
