The anydesk solo policy is a scam. Even if you keep asking for a refund, they won't give you a refund. The solo model is worse than the free version. I feel like I've been scammed for money. Last year's guide document had a cancel contract button, but now there is no button. Paying for the program is highly discouraged.

Hello, I have a few questions. If I were to get the standard license, can the 20 users use it all at the same time? If I need to connect to a client, do they need to be licensed or can they just use the free version? Will there still be a timer if I connect to an unlicensed/free version user.

I undertand that if I get a standard licence in my company, it can be used by 20 employees, right? but i wonder if every client will be independent (I mean that no one can see on their dashboard the computers where others team members access to) and also if I will be able to remove from my account the licence key from any client who leave the team and apply it to a new one?

I am using Anydesk for personal use. But have stared getting prompted for a license key because I have used it more than 100 times, And know I have to wait 30 seconds for the screen to go away to launch the app. Do I need a license key?
