this is good info, but I have one issue. I always hear " get the property under contract" what does that mean? what kind of contract? where do I get the contract? how do I get the prop under contract? what do I do with it then?

ОтветитьAlways wondered, what happens if you find a deal and no one ends up buying your deal that you have on contract? Do you end up having to buy the house your self or do you just apologize to the home owner for not being able to sale their home to an invested? 😇

I have no wholesaling experience but Taking the 30 day challenge starting today 3/30/23. Just opened up my account for bigger pockets ( BP) So when I find a property for sale. How do add it on BP? ОтветитьWhen making a deal to the seller are we asking them for the current mortgage payoff amount and then 70% of that number. I am unsure about how were negotiating a price if they still have a mortgage on the property. Once you find an end buyer to take over the contract are they purchasing the home for the remaining balance on the mortgage . Thank you kindly
