I was looking for a video like that for ages... Tried to figure out myself what kind of build for this type of content. Almost 100% of content creator are BZ warriors so not really a good material for faction.

You mentioned the invis + assassin jacket being nerfed, does the nerf still apply if you time it right and use the assassin jacket right after the invis runs out? Would you still have that 1 second delay?
