The thing about layering is, when you start finding the different sounds, you initially listen to them individually and thus many times will not choose it because it doesn't sound good. As a result you would often miss out the sounds which when arranged together would actually make a fire drop

Idk anyone else but it hurts my ears. The song is fire but I think there's a way to dial in the frequencies where it doesn't feel like a dog whistle. I know nothing but my observation it would be on my play list otherwise.
