This was a great tutorial. Really helped me get the hang of the rolls. Thanks Tony!
ОтветитьCan you make a video on the work out for body durability to absorb punches with less pain
ОтветитьExcellent explanation. I think the best Ive seen so far. Including live training even.
ОтветитьSIR, TY. MUCH RESPECT
Ответитьtrik yg mantap
ОтветитьAnyone doing them Dempsey rolls?
Ответить🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьSir, it's a pleasure to learn from you.
ОтветитьLooks like the peek a boo style.
ОтветитьGood stuff thanks 🙏
ОтветитьPerfect Example. Ty mate!
ОтветитьThanks Tony, everyone loves you
Ответитьdope
ОтветитьIm a tall and skinny guy. Im usually taller than my opponents.
Is it wise to roll punches if you are taller than your opponent?
Is rolling a cross to the left something that is typically taught in boxing?
ОтветитьHı.Tony most of the trainers say dont lean forward while rolling.but then so much preasure on the legs when i dodge.bend at the waist should be like you say?
Ответитьthe only problem with me trying to roll 2 hooks is that my reaction time is bad and I'm slow when rolling and will just get hit in the head
ОтветитьDon’t box or fight or anything really at all anymore but still practice rolling and shelling in the mirror lol. Trynna have the mike Tyson Roll and counter haha
ОтветитьTony, sorry probably a silly question but if you're a southpaw against orthodox does it make much difference?Have had to change my stance to southpaw as my right ankle is severely arthritic.
It feels less painful in this stance.
Man, your videos are awesome. Thanks a million!
ОтветитьUnless your GGG you don't need to roll a punch, the guy is made of steel lol
ОтветитьTony, Love you man! Thank you so much for all that you do for me and everyone that’s blessed to see your channel. ❤️
ОтветитьThank you bro
ОтветитьI like it, but stepping 90 degrees to the side leaves you open for a left hook. I was taught to step in at 45 degrees so yor head comes in under the armpit and you come up with your forehead resting on the outside of the shoulder. This takes you out of range, you are safe and in full control to do whatever you want.
ОтветитьYou dont have to see every punch to avoid it. Just move your head in the correct direction regardless rather u see it or not it will be avoided then step back to reset if you want
ОтветитьCan you make a video about rolling after you punch ?I struggle with it. After I punch with my right it feels more natural to roll to the left. But I should be able to do both sides right?
ОтветитьHey Tony,
Could you do one about mitt work? How to anticipate your coach's mitted hooks/swings/haymakers. How to find the rhythm, You know? Get into those combination drills, react fast without thinking, read what's coming.
I really feel I need to learn more on that one!
Thanks sir
Ответить🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьAwesome.
ОтветитьJames is such a boxer that the only times he's smiled in the video, is when he gets punched, for real.
Ответитьi dont know why but i can roll its just not in my instict idk why
ОтветитьHi Tony ! Hope you are fine. Thank you for your tutorials. Questions: In many boxing fights I see MIKE TYSON leaning very much forward while rolling. What would you say. Is it ok, because he still have his eyes on his opponent and he is a professional (he knows what he's is doing) ? Or would you say, his leaning forward is a little bit too much ?
ОтветитьGood stuff man! can you do more videos on pivot movement?
ОтветитьIs there a way to make my pivoting faster ?? Lile technique hehe
ОтветитьHow do you build stamina , may you do a video on that please
ОтветитьThanks, Tony. Very helpful!
ОтветитьVery informative 🥇💯✨👍💕
ОтветитьThx for the tips Sir !
ОтветитьThis is your best video yet, Tony! Thanks and Happy Christmas etc
