My hospital literally made ice packs with crushed ice and baby diapers and they were AMAZING. I kept it up after I got home.

No idea some ppl found the ice pads uncomfortable. They relieved the pain a lot for me. Baby No. 3 and plan on taking the ones from Mom Frida

Thank you for the tips, but I wanted to mention that I heard that after ease drops could affect your milk supply.. Just think and read well before using it, I'd rather take couple painkiller pills if needed than dealing with supply issues, 😏
