This unfortunately didn't work for me. I have a professional license for work, and I access a specific computer at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. This error came sorts creeping up on me, as at first it happened maybe once a week. Then a few times a week, then daily (every time it came, I would just reconnect and it worked), then I had to reconnect 3-4 times, and now it seems I can never reconnect. Not sure where to go from here, nor why it came so slowly.
