Is anyway I can complaint about amazon relay load board set time? From ILLINOIS TO CA,2000MILES, SOLO DRIVER,ONLY 47 HOURS.I don't think who can do that on time. But amazon still report me delay, and decrease my performance. I don't know where can I complaint.

They talk 💩and suspend you but they will cancel on you while you’re on the way to the pick up.

How long does your authority have to be active to lease on to Amazon

I also see they will throw you back in a que line if u are your own driver..... Its all about they dont want you to cap another person.

Amazon's performance rating makes excellent drivers feel like fuck ups..

Hi, everyone! Question so this morning one of my drivers badge was terminated at a amazon facility. He has done nothing wrong and is active on the relay also he is not band from the facility. I have not received and email or call why they terminated his badge. ROC mentioned to me it could be a glitch in the security system. I also reached to customer service from the relay and notified them on the matter. I would assume if he actually did something wrong they would notify me asap. Does anybody know why this happened to my driver or how to resolve this issue?

Does anyone have contact number for ROC?

It's extremely easy to stay with amazon,you would only have been suspended for somthing negligent or intentional.

Just follow exactly what they say to do,do not waste your time trying to get them to respond to what you want you have to worry about they want .

If i get suspended for some DOT issue amd they rejected all my loads for the week.. can i dispute it get my performance up?

Amazon relay is a joke. They cancel my loads all the time and they don’t care. They also reschedule my loads and they expect you to complete the load even if they rescheduled it to a Sunday delivery. If you don’t accept the load for Sunday, they will suspend you.

Take screenshots especially if it’s an Amazon, or shipper error. Dispute what is truly not your fault. Never reject a booked load!!

My account is about to be suspended for using my friend truck when my was down without using my decals and used his. Who knows of a lawyer who can assist me kindly. I got three weeks notice
