I sleep very late and use mobile until I unintentionally doze off. Now I understand my mistakes. Thanks a lot. Will add buttermilk, walnut and Brazil nut too.

I am drinking butter milk just ordinary not like you have described sir. Just curd water and salt. No proper diet, no exercise at all, more scene time at night, obviously low or no quality sleep, not eating any walnuts. I'll try to follow the hacks mentioned in the video sir. Thank you

I have couple of questions.
1. What’s the best time to take the hip-to-waist ratio?
2. For intermittent fasting, you suggest to have min. of 12hrs fasting. Since I am working men and taking care of two kids, is that ok to start with 8hrs of fasting, then slowly increase to 10hrs and then to 12hrs?
Would like to know your suggestions.
