I have 980 overclocked from manufacturer and i7 900k and I run 240 stable

i have a 980 ti and a i5 4590s but can only get up to 120fps without stuttering on low settings

I get around 120 fps on performance mode in solo with this GPU and my CPU is a E5 2630 0 and I get low fps I think its because my cpu is trash but how much better frames would I get with a better CPU surely it cant be much

i have a dell optiplex 7020 with i5/4590 16gb ram i got the pc for 98$ and then the gtx 680 for 26$ and i get 144 fps in arena i have optimized so much and i use stretched res in creative i get 370 fps to 200 so i could easliy run 240 fps or 360 fps with 120 hz
