60 Linux Commands you NEED to know (in 10 minutes)

As someone that is very fresh to ubuntu, I'll say while I appreciate the effort made in this video, it is made unapproachable by the sheer speed at which you fly through the commands. I've spent 30 minutes now just on the first half of the video, watching it at 0.5, taking notes, and trying to make sure I understand what the hell you just did. In the future, for beginner oriented videos, I'd recommend a slower, more thorough pace. Knowing the names of 60 commands isn't very useful if I don't know what they do, and after watching this video, for a lot of these commands, I don't really know what they do.

I have a Dell R830 Server, and I need to install several virtual machines (Windows OS and Linux OS). Additionally, I need to run a cloud storage service on this machine. What would you recommend I do? Would you suggest installing Ubuntu Server and then using Docker containers, or do I need to install VMware Server? Please advise on the best approach if you want to set up multiple virtual machines and cloud storage on a single server.
