may I know the cause lower back stiffness sometimes in a day that i felt.
basically i am practicing power yoga since 3 and half years
since 2 months, i am feeling lower back stiffness.
Thanks. I'm going to give these a try and start out slow.

ОтветитьWhile bending forward to pick up my shoes, my back went out. I felt a jolt. This happened to me two years ago doing a similar movement. Why it’s that? The day before my back went out, I was riding in a jeep with friends on a super bumpy dirt road on a mountain path for an hour. I wonder if that triggered my back pain? I am keeping this back exercise on my “back playlist”. Thank you!

I just have a terrible back spasm and I happened to come across this video. Am in such pain I can't sit, cant stand much, pains while deep breathing also. Big back pain!!
I always hear bone sound from my lower back area when i lift my legs in a exercise (example standing chrunches)it feels like bones are getting out of their place and returning back.it's really annoying while doing exercise does anyone has the same problem with me?

Just a question regarding the form. I noticed in the video that you kick higher with your left foot than your right foot. Is it safe to kick higher than you buttock, or should I not go that high? Thanks
