In the second note from Dough he says that he was an easy target for them I think he's talking about the women he was cheating with like we see in chapter 4 they probably didn't actually like him and were just profiting of the gifts and money he gave them like a car as said in the memory that is shown but I think that he didn't actually assault them I think that after the accident they didn't want to stay with a grieving cheater and accused him of abuse and harasment as their superior to make him spew as much cash as he could before leaving him.
What is making me think that is the fact he says he was an easy target (he just lost his wife and daughter and could not say that the women agreed cause it would confirm he was cheating on his wife wich would be bad for his réputation and make him a suspect in her death) and and at the end he says that they never loved him as his wife and daughter did.What do you think ?

I think your theory is very good and I believe that as well, actually! I thought it was strange, but cool, that each enemy had a different kind of sin associated with them.
