Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch | Is it worth it?

A one-to-one match with my own opinion on the game. I actually didn't bother finishing it. I reached that final area, felt like I got my fill, and walked away. With only one life to live and so many games, no need to flounder for hours in frustration.

It really helps to grind before doing boss fights in this game.

I don’t know why people say this is a hard game. I guess it can be if you stick to the starter familiars, but once you learn how evolving works and do some research on what familiars are best fit for each character the game becomes easy mode.

You can also leave the ivory tower, you just have to walk back to your dragon and ask to leave.

Once you beat the final boss you can fight alternate versions of the other bosses that are stronger than the original ones. That’s when the game gets real.

Love the review and I'm not sure why you had to do all that at the end of the game I don't think i was close to the same level as you but I do agree the end game was odly difficult.
Tbh I feel like the game should have ended after shadar.
Being an old nerd I beat the game on the hardest difficulty but my gf couldn't get through the first boss without easy lol

Nothing wrong with easy mode! Games are about having fun and if it’s funner a little easier than absolutely. If the game is good enough than you’ll be tempted to play it again. That’s when if you want you can raise the stakes again

I love the game, but I hate the amount of side quests it wants you to do. I also hate traveling in the open world because theyre so slow.

A really annoying thing about Esther constantly dying is the fact you need to time the "All Out Defense!" Button once you get that option because instead of regularly defending. Esther default to using her familiar that evades.

I left the ivory tower, that’s how you get the Astra spell for the final boss. Did they change it for the remastered version?

Collecting familiar is way harder in this game....

poor man didn't have a problem with the game and didn't use easy mode didn't farm toko it was on my lvl but yeah the last boss was kinda hard but i think i lost one time only on it i think your problem was the choice of familliar u used
