Very nice! I like the way you kept the arrangement fairly sparse. Too much Retro I hear is overloaded with too many parts.

Hi Ethan ! I really enjoy the intro build-up. The funky clavinet is awesome, love the jazz solo piano. Great song, really enjoyable to listen from start to finish. Thanks for creating and sharing !!!

Hi Ethan, first I want to say thank you for sharing your knowledge, I’m so grateful to have found your channel recently, your guidance for a noob like me is invaluable! Second, I love the track, it is beautifully produced, I followed you on Spotify and I’m hoping for many more amazing tracks from you. I have a question that I’m not sure how best to articulate but it’s something that would be unbelievably beneficial to a music production noob such as myself. I’ve been rewatching your (Song Structure 101) videos and you having the musical knowledge, training, and experience you do, you’re able to identify the structural sections of any given song. As you demonstrate with some of the track you mention I.e. “Take on Me” etc. However a noob such as I is hopelessly unable to do the same, but if those sections could be visually chatted out it would go light years towards helping us noobs better understand and identify structure. Perhaps this already exists, but if you or someone hade a video that contained the entire waveform of a popular 80s tracks that had an overlay showing the various structural sections and could be viewed as the song played through. I think it would be an eye opening epiphany, and condense and crystallize structural identification, ultimately making it exponentially faster for a production noob to improve. Does something like this exist? Thank you!
