Leorio's INSANE New Nen Abilities (HXH 2022)

I believe Leorio's ability is very useful in Surgeries

In all honesty I don’t think Gon will ever get his dad impressed. Ging has an ego the size of the sun! 😂 And knowing that Gon is his literal blood I think Ging knows that Gon is capable of a lot more than where he is! I mean maybe he would of been impressed if he saw Gon thunder cvnting Pitou’ face into a new dimension…💀😭 Even then I still doubt it.

Leorios ability really confuses me, like ik he definitely has hella power all on his own but his ability is so confused because he conjures a nen fist like? How is it so strong he is an emitter who conjures a nen fist this is so confusing

I just rewatched the 1st season [hunter exam].
I realized a lot of things [probably deliberate foreshadowing of future events, by the Author]

1. Leorio owed Gon & Kurapika a lot for passing the exam, I mean, if it wasn't for Gon & Kurapika, Leorio would have never made it to 3rd phase. Even at the 4th phase, Leorio needed Gon and Kurapika to survive it.

2. During the 1st phase, when Hisoka executed his own version of testing who are worthy of passing the exam; he blatantly told Gon and he spared Leorio [and Gon & Kurapika] because he saw great potential in them.
He also implied that Leornio will somehow serve as a key character in their salvation. [He foreshadowed that he will be the one to somehow save either Kurapika or Gon during the time that they needed saving the most]
- During the Election Arc, Leorio couldn't do anything to save Gon,
So, I have a feeling that this time [for Kurapika, he will definitely serve his purpose as a savior and fulfill his promise of not letting any friend to die ever again under his watch.

3. During the 4th phase, when Hisoka wanted to collect the tags of Kurapika and Leorio, he easily accepted the negotiation of Kurapika and spared them their lives again [and particularly mentioned to himself that "they improved drastically in just a matter of days]. Which means, he really saw potential in Leorio.
Also, Netero being amazed by the fact that there are 4 of them [as highly promising rookies] means that Leorio has great potential just like the 3 [Gon, Killua and Kurapika].



If you think about it,
It is very impressive that Leorio has this potential considering that he doesn't have familial/genetic predisposition like the other 3.
Gon- being the son of a nen genius [Ging]
Kurapika- someone who comes from the legendary tribe [Kurta]
Killua - from world class assassins Zoldyck

Leorio has the most normal background ever, yet, his potential is as big as the 3.


This will make him the character that has the best development / improvement.

One of my favorite things about HxH is TOgashi's dedication to creating a world that feels vast and impossible to know completely. Nen is not strength, and strength is not everything. People with seemingly simple abilities like Hisoka can be one of trickiest and most mysterious characters to fight. People with hugely powerful nen abilities might not be of any use in a fight at all. Because being a hunter isn't about strength, it's about ambition, and people's ambitions are as deep as they are diverse. Food hunters, antique hunters, music hunters, disease hunters, where there is human curiosity there is an entire world to discover. At the same time, the show's not married to the same cast of primary characters. It's easy to follow the adventures of a couple main characters who run into familiar faces over and over, but it makes the world feel small. Characters come in and out of the lives of our main characters, who themselves are off following their own ambitions. We don't see all the change Leorio has gone through to get to where he has, but we know he is young and ambitious, and his powers will reflect that.

Leorio is not a strong fighter, but why would he need to be to be a good doctor?

I believe his powers will be more advanced than of pitou and knov combined. Something similar to Law's ope ope no mi from One Piece.

Leorio could probably perform a lobotomy mid fight with his ability.

I always assumed after seeing leorios punch that it's supposed to be a medical related thing, like.he can transport his hand or tools inside someone's body to work on them and it just also happens to work as an attack

Something I would like to see is how a person without Nen abilities, but is aware of nen, be able to beat a skilled nen user. What kind of stuff would they have to pull off?

I personally think Leorio is going to cure one of the calamities. Afterward, he'll basically become like royalty on the dark continent. Forget being chairman of the hunter association, he'll be the seventh king.

Leorio doctor based nen ability and skills. Imagine he can heal a human using nen, use doctor based nen ability like fighting with scalpel to defeat his opponent that would be cool.

When Leorio landed a punch on Ging, it was an exceptional event due to its sheer strength. As mentioned in the video, Leorio could have primarily focused on conditioning his Nen abilities for healing and aiding patients, rather than causing harm. Consequently, Leorio's aura is geared towards repairing rather than damaging the body. However, when Leorio's punch connected with Ging, who has the unique ability to enhance his own skills by replicating others, its power was significantly heightened.

I'd rather be an enhancer. Raw strength and survivability.

Honestly, I only see this ending in Leorio's death to save the expedition.

Leorio is awesome. Dude aspires to be a doctor and help people. That’s always been his goal.

A truly terrifying thing Leorio could do with his nen abilities. Mesh manipulation with his emmision and target super precise nerves and things in his opponent's bodies. If your pain sensors are turned off, and you're running unchecked on adrenaline, your body will tear itself apart since it has no limiters placed on it any more. This might give him a way to fight, without breaking the hippocratic oath "Do no harm." He doesn't have to fight them, just avoid them while they literally tear themselves to pieces. Without them ever feeling a thing.

Alternitively, activating every nerve center in the body at the same time would make it feel like you're burning alive. The slightest brush of a breeze would feel like white hot blades. Additionally he could use his Nen to pump various chemicals into the brain making all sorts of stuff possible. All it would take would be a tiny bit of manipulation, and emiting a syringe for flare.

That ending would be epic for him.

Heya!, I know Partnerships and sponsors are always a nice thing to have since they help with funding, but I'd reccomend you look into established titles. There's some videos you can watch, but you dont actually become a lord or lady through it. It isn't advertised as a gag gift either, but promoted as something "offical", which isn't true.

Leorio really hasn't had his own arc, can't really count the exam arc, York new was carptica, greed was gon ant was gon and killua the election was kinda his and killua but more killua, so giving leorio something of his own feels right.
