Dead Or Alive 1, 2, & 3 Backwards Compatible On Newer Xbox Consoles?

Picked up DOA2 for my Series S and downloaded, but it will not launch.

the rumors were true. The only one missing on the store is DOA 4 now.

YOOOOOO they confirmed doa 1 to 4 backward compatible on the Xbox one and series s/x

This is a huge deal! so hooray for the original Xbox going to turn 20th

Good, hopefully DOA 4 will be backwards compatible in the future, DOA 3 & 4 were some of greatest exclusive games on the Xbox & 360.

I've seen the list I'm pretty impressed with it. just a couple of things missing that is Tenchu Z and Tenchu return of Darkness. If those happen to make it in backwards compatibility on Xbox the biggest G-O-A-T

Was able to track down a copy of DOAA 1 & 2 Ultimate and DOA3 a while back and was just found a copy of DOA4 yesterday (which isn't compatible but still happy to find a copy of). Any news of having better and easier ways to play these games is good news.

I wonder how DOA 3 would run on the newer consoles. Because, I remember a couple of the stage would run poorly on the 360 emulation.

Never played any of them, but I hope they do become available. There's a ton of pretty good old fighting games that you can't play on current hardware, but all people want to talk about is Marvel vs. Capcom 2. 2D fighters at least have Fightcade, but 3D fighters don't have anything like that that I'm aware of.

Awesome! DOA2 Ultimate is my favorite in the series, and 3 is my second so it’s great to see them come to modern consoles.

I was a fan of DOA back in the day dating back to DOA2...so this is pretty awesome. I'd love to play them again and stream em n such

I would like to see DOA 4 being BC also max Payne 3 would be awesome. I do also have my original DOA games (1,2,3,4), oddly enough I have the Japanese DOA 3 version which has more costumes than the American version.

I still have DOA 1 and 2 Ultimate, DOA3 and 4 all physically and in perfect condition! I am really looking forward to playing these games again on my Series X! This can't happen soon enough.

I've got the physical copies of 1/2 Ultimate, 3 and 4. But I honestly can't see myself throwing them into my series X. I bought them to keep me busy until 6 released.. Then I had the awful experience of experiencing 6 for a year. Rather just hope to see DoA 7 in future.

Maybe if they add the doa trilogy to xbox one/series x/s then maybe they could get some enhancements such as fps boost or something? Maybe doa 3 could become optimized? This could be cool
