Table Detection in Document Images such as Invoices, Bank Statements using Python

suppose i have image based pdf.... how to extract tables in it and convert it into dataframe?

What Python version does this run off? This repo does not work with 3.7 or 3.9 - and I can't see anywhere in the docs what Python version is recommended

I want to detect the unstructured table using c# with open source using opencv ..... do you have written any code for that?
