I doubt Henry was that violent towards Jane. Especially if she was carrying his child.
ОтветитьThe worst decision Anne ever made was actually falling in love with Henry. If it was only a game for power, I believe she was more than intelligent and cunning enough to played it much smarter. But, in truth, at least 90% of what went wrong was in Henry and those manipulating him.
ОтветитьDa fuq Ned?!!!
ОтветитьTrust not, the flattering man...
ОтветитьAnne poor soul was in the wrong place at the wrong time; like so many of us...
ОтветитьAppallingly inaccurate, half of what this film says is not in the Primary Source Records and the acting is awful.
ОтветитьYeah because it's really likely Henry spoke with a cockney accent! Lol. Seriously couldn't the actor have put on a slightly posher voice?
ОтветитьHenry VIII continuously wanted other men's bretrothed.. Aragon/his brother's widow..Anne/betroth..Jane/not, but he wanted her and get rid of Anne... Cleves/betrothed then she please him not..Howard/betroth & too young..Parr/she loved another man & wanted him but Henry stepped in..He didn't pick right & the women suffered..
ОтветитьHenry nowadays would be admitted to an asylum. King or not.
ОтветитьAre they seriously trying to make us...*sympathise* with Henry???
ОтветитьCan you post the rest???
ОтветитьHenry being riddled with the pox didn't help his ability to father a child after Elizabeth
ОтветитьRay Winstone was brilliant in this
ОтветитьWhere is the promised Sean Bean???
ОтветитьWow, what a dumbass the character of Aske was in this movie.
ОтветитьWhere is the beginning of this movie?
ОтветитьSacrificing her own life for the life, security, health and eminent succession of her daughter. Definitely a role model for women everywhere. She stayed true and steadfast to her word and innocence until the end. Allah bless this woman.
ОтветитьSean Bean? I don't think so.
ОтветитьI was one of the soldiers in this, for example in the "we march on London!" scene - which Sean Bean kept getting wrong. he had to ride back in 4 times, i think. hehe...
ОтветитьWow ! Mr Bean sure chews up some scenery here !!
ОтветитьWas this part of a longer movie?
ОтветитьI love Sean Bean <3 he's my number one favorite actor
ОтветитьHenry was awful she was not guilty and he just wanted to rid of her
ОтветитьHe was a awful husband and father
ОтветитьA bad king as well
ОтветитьSince when was Henry the eighth a cockney?
ОтветитьEngland needs the Germans 😂😂
ОтветитьOh gee, henry 8th was so sorry to kill so many wives - he felt so guilty. British propaganda.
ОтветитьOh, they all felt so bad about it. But they still love their royalty.
ОтветитьAww poor henry was so concerned he asked god to help him - loads of british rubish covering up their ugly brutality towards humankind in the name of royalty.
ОтветитьCockney Henry?
ОтветитьNot very close to the real Henry VIII, especially when it comes to the pilgrimage of Grace; but it's entertaining and a good watch.
ОтветитьIt’s so sad when Anne (Helena) says goodbye to her daughter 🥺
ОтветитьHenry was simply determined to be rid of Anne. The Lord's simply did as Henry wanted; Norfolk (as Anne's maternal uncle) should never have been allowed to be involved with the trial.
Ответитьall this kings were garbish
ОтветитьI love the attention to historical detail, right down to having Henry VIII talking precisely how he would of done........in a thick cockney accent.
ОтветитьSean Bean would have made a better 'enry than out of his depth Winstone who made a dogs dinner of every scene!
ОтветитьThere's this, an epic rare gem, and then there's The Tudors, a display of disappointment.
ОтветитьThis Henry guy is like the dark ages version of Simon Leviev
What of Sean? Did he make it out of this one alive?
this is totally historally bullshit ! and since when did henry talk with a working class cockney accent !
ОтветитьI think I realize why Sean Bean's not a method actor...
ОтветитьAnne’s uncle the Duke of Norfolk did warn her by saying she could take her relationship with Henry as far as she’d like to go. Given he was also possibly the father of her sister Mary’s son
If her brother George (Lord Rotchford) wife Jane Parker (Lady Rotchford - the kings second cousin) hadn’t seen what she thought she saw, things wouldn’t have escalated.
Anne knew the ramifications of being Henry’s queen and what that would mean for if she’d fail in giving the King a male heir. But she was the one who won in the end with her child ruling England for 45 years.
Well, I'm shocked, I have never, in all my studying, learned that Henry VIII had a Yorkshire accent. What he did have though was a band of 50 Bagpipe players that traveled with the Court and Flushing Toilets in his Palaces which, at the time were called WASH DOWN BOWLS.
ОтветитьAnne should have been sent to a convent. She was innocent.
ОтветитьHe wasn’t a soldier 😂😂. Love the drama tho. It’s like Braveheart pure entertainment
ОтветитьThere is one side of the story..then there is the other side of the story.. On rare occasions the truth is found to be somewhere in the middle..
Very often the truth lies totally on one side or the othee..but it is EASIER for us to say the truth can be found on middle ground rather than pick a side.
If we pick a side, then we must also determine WHICH SIDE is telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
This is not impossible to do.
Difficult..yes, challenging..yes..
But not impossible.
There are no grey areas in the Truth.. The Truth is NOT subjective. Thete IS a right and a wrong..
I will say that
The reasons WHY . an offense are committed....these reasons why someone breaks a law or commits a sin..they are explanations..but not excuses..and these reasons DO matter ..they matter intensely.
Without understanding WHY people do wrong things we must first understand that there are universal laws that determine right from wrong..our conscious tells us this much..and it would be impossible to be callwd mankind.. at all... without a conscious.
Right and wrong do not change.. Yet it seems impossible to choose to do only right. No..not impossible with God..but through our own might..it is impossible.
With God.. All things are possible.
It may be difficult..it may hurt..but in the end we must choose to side with THE TRUTH.
And know that THE TRUTH is knowable.
Typos are wrong. That is the truth. I deserve to be duly punished for my many glaringly wrong typos.. by the typo police.
ОтветитьIs that Ray winstone
ОтветитьWho played Henry?
