Since Brando brought up politics...at best, Colorado is a purple state. 62 out of 64 of it's counties use Dominion machines.

When Colorado's AD admitted that they didn't yet have the money to pay Sanders when he was introduced the writing was on the wall. Everything hinged on a new Pac-12 media deal. It hasn't come and Colorado couldn't afford to wait.

I’m a UGA fan, but also love college football, the history of the game, and rivalries. Money aside, just look at both Colorado and Nebraska since their departure from the BigXII. They’ve been horrendous. I contribute it to pretty much one thing. Losing the BigXII footprint for recruiting. Texas is one of the top five best recruiting states in the entire country. It would be like a team in the SEC moving to another conference and losing Georgia and the city of Atlanta as a recruiting base. When you’re in the BigXII and half your games or more are in the state of Texas, it’s easy to get a Texas kid to come to your school. His family is gonna get at least six or seven chances to watch you play without having to get on a plane. That is HUGE. You can say NIL changes all that and for some kids it does. But kids want their families to see them play. Even with NIL, it’s a hard sell to get a kid to leave his home state or at the very least the conference foot print. Prime sees that. He’s smart, and he’s gonna win eventually, and win big.

“Being liberal” what a weird, incorrect thing to say. Dude spends too much time injecting right wing News into his veins to think every decision in the world revolves around politics.

Everything is about money and Colorado sees a more financially stable future with the Big12. That’s it.

WTF does liberal have to do with it? Ohio State and Michigan are hugely liberal campuses. Most college campuses are, save SEC schools. This guy is a clown. The "liberal" schools in the Big Ten.. have the most money. I think they are doing... "ok".

For people saying the liberalism of pac leadership doesn’t matter. Yea it shouldn’t yet it does this all the arrogant comments about fly over conference and truck stop conference. Leaders set tone and Libs tend to be a holes to others

Being Liberal has nothing to do with it. That's one reason the country is divided. Keep politics out of sports.

Did you just hear Tim Brando say that the XII is headed to EXACTLY the number of teams I have been telling you for months? 20 Teams.
To be more accurate I said 20+1. Gonzaga is the +1 because they don't play Football.
It will not be 20+1 right away. The G5s will have to wait 5 years.
Not sure when Gonzaga is added could be right away.

But beware, I have also told you that you are STILL going to lose 2 or 3 teams in the XII now.
ACC is much stronger that you believ because you keep seeing the WRONG numbers.
They are going to grab the Top 3 to 5 PAC schools and 1 to 3 XII schools to also go to 20+1.

XII will get Colorado, Washington ST and Oregon ST fo sure and 1 of the Arizona Schools (maybe BOTH). CAL could be on the table. Utah could be on the table.
Stanford, Oregon, Washington headed to ACC... NOT to the BIG.
