This actually makes a little bit of sense:
Lets say that by referencing the W16's he was talking about the most powerful one in the Bugatti Bolide, which makes 1,825hp, then muliply it by 10 to get 18250hp. Then lets say he was talking about 800hp flat 6 engines (google how much hp a flat 6 engine can make and it tells you it can make between 70-800hp, and we get the max hp for this just like we did for the W16's), muliply that by 38 to get 30400hp. Divide 18250hp by 30400hp to get 0.600328947. Multiply the result by 10 to get what he rated this movie, which is approximately a 6/10.

High boi , You are correct with your theory on engine getting cracked on pouring cold water. I know this by experience. Once a noob mechanic poured a bucket of cold water on a overheated engine whose cooling system failed which resulted in deformation of the engine head. When the cooling system of the engine fails, The engine gets overheated beyond what it is designed for and suddenly pouring cold water on it will result in unbalanced thermal stress causing it to deform /crack
