nice to know, the problem is where to get all those crafting materials? I think some of those are exclusive on game modes

Essence attack speed is higher than what can roll naturally from tier 1 attack speed, while essence crit is the same. Essence crit is also extremely useful for helmets for 10% reservation efficiency. So imo it's better to use attack speed essence if you've got em and try to save the crit ones for helms

As usual, crafting in PoE, step 1 is the hardest.

So I didn't know that high tiers of essences could reforge rares. Thank you for that knowledge.
