A good cardio challenge with the repetitions at the beginning ... I will come back to this session on my high-energy days.

ОтветитьYour method of teaching is systematic, step by step to prevent injury for people new to yoga, keeps me motivated. This is good for the butt , core , triceps , glutes, back Just everything I need. And no forward bends like the sun salutations

ОтветитьNice flowy back strengthening, like that! Just maybe add a small little wrist warm up and grooving into it as the video jumps right into core work XD I also kept practicing the wheel afterwards now that I was warm 👍

Meaning to tell you that I feel I am getting stronger!! Side planks feel so much more stable now and fun! and at the beginning of the challenge I couldn’t do the thing where you tell us from down dog to lift one leg and then slowly move it out to the side to get to lizard lunge. But now I can!! Good feeling!! :):)
Felt like backbends today and decided to do this practice with you. It was amazing, perfect peak pose flow, I feel great now 🤩 Thank you Charlie ❤

ОтветитьOh la la quel cours ! La première partie est très difficile j ai mal aux abdos 😂 je n ai pas réussi à faire les postures comme toi ! La seconde partie est progressive et géniale afin la pose finale de la roue ❤️ Il y a encore du travail pour les jambes tendues mais j y arriverai 💪🏻 Merci Charlie tes cours me challengent tellement et j adore ta voix si posée qui me calme totalement.
