just one thing sir....janma and karma are interlinked and also follow principle of karm vipak...so if you are in bramhin varn this is due to you have done karm in last janma that made you bramhin...hence varn is also janma based as janma is karma based....alot of poeple get this wrong.....and stuff said in mahabharat is saying if bramhin doing job kshatriya he will have bhav of kshatriya(temporary shift) not complete conversion as he will have his bhog as bramhin until they are exhausted....so until you dont complete all the bhog in respective varn it will not change whatever you do in profession(may slow or fast the process).....so one should understand karm fully and its relation with janma.....the guy is born in the respective varn because he has done something in last janma to deserve this....if doesnt follow the role the next janma will be according to it....and varn is not social construct as krushna says in gita it is a absolute property of entire multiverse....i hope i have clarified the common misconceptions in karma and janma....jai shree ram❤
