Can you have a talk about career? I am having a hard time to leave the company because my work is not aligned to my passion.

Hi, I have 13+ years of experience in production application support(like unix,SQl, EFT and weblogic 10g) and some batch jobs like oracle ODI , Ctrl+M and scripts . in details unix- Avg 15 commands , SQL- fix Pl/SQL and SQL/nested SQL , Application Side- functional/Log approach. i want to choose some Technology which one suite for me without pre-requisite knowledge? . i tried learning Devops but its look like not fit for me, more on developer knowledge required .
