Hi, as a Vietnamese, where do you like to eat Asian food in Mannheim?
ОтветитьMy boyfriend is Japanese, I am dutch/Italian. Thankfully we both like some dishes from each others cultures so we cook and eat together sometimes
ОтветитьDer Monte alter, klassik
Ответитьbreakfast, not breakfirst❤ just wanted to help
ОтветитьIs that coffe looks so good... which coffee is this
ОтветитьIs that a snozzcumber?? 😂
ОтветитьIt's good to try different foods but recognize if some ingredient or dish just doesn't work for your pallet. And such couples who accept this about each other and still love each other is a very healthy relationship.
ОтветитьAs an Asian myself, I'm shocked at Vietnamese breakfast. 😂
ОтветитьMy boss at the Chinese restaurant I used to work at, loved to cook for everyone for dinner. She made bitter melon a few times and I had to grin and bear the taste cuz I’d never had it before… but I ate it cuz she had worked so hard to make it. Perhaps someone who likes bitter melon can explain the appeal cuz I didn’t like it 😢
ОтветитьI am german and I never ate this...
ОтветитьI appreciate that German boyfriend isn’t demonised for preferring European food. It seems to be a common sentiment that it’s ok for POC to predominately enjoy food from their culture but when white people do it they’re made fun of :/
ОтветитьAfter my wife and I had two kids she started liking western food and genuinely believes that I came from those babies growing inside her lol 😅 although Chinese is still her favourite she also enjoys western food now far more
ОтветитьBitter melon and egg is such a chef’s kiss 💕 especially in bfast ahhh
Ответитьas a german, i would prefer the vitnamnese food for most of the time tbh hahaha
ОтветитьVietnamese food is great and healthy. In fact, Vietnam was long time the country with the lowest obesity rate and BMI in the world. German food, well...
ОтветитьWas that momos in the beginning?
ОтветитьIsn't that a lot of work? Why not have Vietnamese for breakfast, German for lunch and then again Vietnamese for dinner??
Or switch cuisines between days? Lesser dishes to wash, lesser things to chop or cook
I love German food so much ( also could be because I’m German) 😅
ОтветитьVERGLEICHE NIEMALS MAULTASCHEN MIT RAVIOLI!
ОтветитьYour food looks more bland than his
ОтветитьRecipe
ОтветитьI would get fat if iate all he has.
ОтветитьI used to life in different countries from Spain to Philippines for 22 years.
I was mainly eating the national food and only sometimes i made food from my own country.
Even though I am Asian, your food does not look appetizing at all 😢
ОтветитьMuito trabalhoso cozinhar dois tipos diferentes de comida.
ОтветитьIt's amazing that you hired Björk as voice narrator
Ответить3 warme Mahlzeiten jeden Tag? Wow 😅
ОтветитьI saw the kimchi. Neurons activated.
“KIMCHI!!”
German food is cold always?
ОтветитьBoth of yeenz need to take some cooking classes!
ОтветитьMy favourite is bitter gourd with soya bean curd skin
ОтветитьI must be from a part in Germany where we don’t use pickles in everything. Pickles at breakfast? Pickle in the Christmas tree? Whaaaaat?
ОтветитьI would pick Uyen’s food over German bf’s feed 100% of the time.
ОтветитьWhat's up with the pickle for breakfast. On bread especially. Not very German imo
ОтветитьMy partner and I are both Asian but we eat separately cause he insists on eating white food. 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьHis breakfast looks so delicious :D
OHHH NVM ALL THE FOOD LOOKS DELICIOUS
As a single American man, i applause your food creations from both countries. Most American meals consist of meat, potato and a simple veggie. While y'all are going all out for just lunch. A bologna sandwich and a cosmic brownie are typical here.
ОтветитьI feel like viet-German could be a real quirky fusion that could explode in popularity for 2.75 years among hot dining spots in cities among young professionals
ОтветитьTry making bitter gourd pickle its amazing
ОтветитьQuestion about bitter melon..... is it always bitter? I have tried cooking it and eating it at a fast food soup.... and it was bitter still.
ОтветитьIt's crazy because I see no food that's edible maybe except for the bread and cream cheese
ОтветитьAnyone else just love the way she says pickle ❤
ОтветитьNah I'm sorry, your boyfruend either has little time or just doesn't know how to cook because propper German food absolutely slaps.
ОтветитьYep that’s me and my husband we eat diff stuff
ОтветитьI eat bitter gourd but I can't imagine how it tastes like that with egg
ОтветитьBread with cheese and pickle? Never heard of it as a German (must be a regional thing). We do, however, love "Schmalzstulle" (rye bread with lard and pickles).
ОтветитьOh, I hate that when I was a kid eating that bitter vegetable I forgot the name what was it again?🧐
ОтветитьI can just tell you two are the sweetest
ОтветитьPickles for breakfast seems aggressive 😂
Ответитьcan we have a recipe for that shrimp vegetable soup?👀
