With the sims 4 dragging out as long as it is, EA is really robbing a whole generation of their own Sim game that is good.

No one will probably see this but The sims 3 is sooo superior. How did they go from this to the sims 4? Dont get me wrong the sims 4 definitely succeds with graphics and maybe a few more things. But sims 3 is people who are just like us who knows what players want. I wish the sims 3 was lag free but its fine.

17 reasons why Sims 4 is better than other Sims games:

1. Better Build mode.
2. Better CAS.
3. Whims
4. Emotions
5. Click on a need to automatically take care of that need, (No more hunting for a toilet or stove).
6. No more newspapers littering up the lot!
7. No more Repo Man.
8. Produce can be sold from the inventory.
9. No more burglars stealing your stuff.
10. Drag and drop dirty dishes to the dishwasher or trash can.
11. Drag and drop food from table to fridge.
12. Mentor skills to other sims.
13. Add a child, sibling, elder, etc to household from CAS and even genetically create offspring.
14. Visitors won't indefinitely stand on your porch waiting to be invited inside.
15. Moving to another household is painless.
16. Paying bills from anywhere at any time.
17. Going to a University actually means something, (better careers, promotions and pay).

THAT'S THE FACT!

The Sims 3 is better than 4 in almost every way. I like 4’s groups and the more complex leveling of SOME occults is an improvement. The main thing that kills the Sims 3 is it never ran particularly well for me.

The first hour that I played, my sim teen sim got 2 delusions and had to go to the hospital. The stove was set on fire twice. The single dad got a free 2 day vacay and some dude from school called up the teen and told him to throw a party, so he did. Everyone barely talked to eachother, then passed out. But while the party was going on it was a full moon so there were zombies? And they kept coming in and scaring the guests.
I had never had such a crazy hour of the sims.

+ Ghosts, I always check the graveyard every 3 AM, and I've seen a ghost riding a bicycle around my town 😆

As somebody who has remained with The Sims 3 ever since its release in 2009, from an outsider's perspective, The Sims 4 offers little that appeals to me that is not already within TS3. Whilst a few features have seemingly been added that would add new dimensions to gameplay, I still believe that the trade off between TS3 and TS4 is not even remotely worth it. I played TS4 only once when the base game was given away for free on Origin in 2016, played for about one hour and immediately went back to The Sims 3. Having spent well over 1,000 hours in TS3, certainly over 400 of which have been played after the release of TS4, TS3 is just a significantly more engaging experience. Since the declining rate of releases for 4 signify the near-end of 4's life cycle, I wouldn't be surprised if The Sims 5 was to be unveiled sometime this year. And it has to deliver massively in order to repair the reputation of this series.

I refuse to buy another Sims anything until they make a sims game like Sims 2 ..I bought every pack on Sims 3 and it does not work with mods or anything and it recognizes my graphics card..EA has ripped off enough people with Sims 3 and Sims 4..bring back Sims 2..I also have every disc from Sims 2 but refuse to play them because I won't involve myself or my money into another disc that they don't make anymore ..they need to bring Sims 2 back or make an equivalent..I refuse to spend another penny until they do

I wish i could make sims 3 work better on my laptop. I have smoother, nrass etc. But it takes 2 hours to get through a day and a half, and almost 2 hours of CAS just to switch menus

I prefer to play Sims 3, since you can walk around more in the world, like you can walk to your job or walk to the store, witch you can't do in sims 4.

I used to be so bothered by the fact that the worlds were all isolated from each other but after so long of having Judith freaking Ward show up literally everywhere, I see why it was really good lol

I love this world it was so fun to play with. I always added into the future stuff to each house to make them more futuristic, plus simbots fit perfectly in the world!

I have built many houses and sims in Moonlight Falls. But the heavy bug issues forced me to uninstal reinstall the game😟😥 I lost so much, my active sims had so many skills and property, money, artefacts house that I built it myself it took me 4 hours to have it made. 😞The last bug was when I traveled to Egypt, the sim completely dissapeared. I tried restarting several times and had no luck. I had to uninstall the game. Now Im not sure if Im going to install it again. The game has so many bugs. It also freezes and lags. It will even corrupt your save files so that you loose your saved game. All that progress I had, its all lost just because the game developers decided not to adress the game issues.

I love the Sims 3 it is hands down the most superior of the Sims franchise and there is so much that can be done with it Sims 4 has it merits and I'm really trying my hardest to get to grips with it but Sims 3 has soooooooooo much that I wish EA would carry into Sims 4 like when did they decided Horses shouldn't be a thing 😭, and that open world editting should no longer be possible 😭WHYYYY EA WHYYYY 😭
