How it's battery backup .... In September 2021 .... I am talking about brand new pixel 3 device

This phone users(not everybody but many) are complaining of bricking issue, and you probably know as it’s now kind of talk of the town. For some users, it even needs motherboard replacement right after hard bricking, which is much costly. According to GSMArena & many other sources, "Google still has no solution to the problem".

As unofficial sellers/importers usually don't give any parts/replacement warranty after 7-10 days of selling, wondering if it needs of motherboard replacement after 2 weeks of usage! Some says "The devices enter a Qualcomm "Emergency Download mode" (EDL) that won't even let you recover by installing new firmware through regular methods — you can't get to the bootloader to try."

Another fact is, Google on their own website are officially selling this phone as REFURBISHED for just $249/$279 & providing 1 year limited warranty. Although there’ll be no software update available after next month.

I think, pixel 4 & 5 series are better options to purchase. But those who are running out of budget like me, what's your thought about current cheapest Pixel 3? Does pixel 3 worth a try? Please let me know.

*HELP! Anybody had this problem? (much less SOLVED it?)*
My Google Pixel 3 main camera (NOT selfy-cam) will not focus to save my life (*UNLESS* the item is only 4-6 inches away; focus is LOCKED, somehow).

Tried every camera app on my phone (office lens, open camera, the built-in camera app...) ; tried uninstalling & reinstalling; tried reverting/resetting/changing the settings; tried manual vs automatic photo mode... you name it! Tried starting phone in safe mode, restarting the phone like 50 times...
Recharging the phone... The lens is definitely not dirty; I cleaned it.

So the camera will literally focuses on an item that's about four to six inches away. But it will not focus anything further away it's all blurry. Ironically enough the selfie cam actually works still! at least there's that. But the other camera is supposed to be much better resolution... This is the main reason I even bought this darn phone in the first place. !ayayay! Anybody had this problem? (much less SOLVED it?)
