New old Brussel intersection and TRAFFIC JAM on half of CD road

Due to the 1.50 update, there was a problem with a junction and the old one near Brussels came back. This caused a big traffic jam almost to Duisburg. In this video you can see the first few hours after the change, when Dominik and I and the other moderators tried to make the road as clear as possible.
